If we missed something, you can use the support form at the bottom of the appropriate support page. We do our best to respond within 24 hours — excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Migration Request — if you ordered prior to July 6, 2015 and need to download again (this only applies if you have not already requested migration).
  • Video Support — for issues related to video downloading, including how to access your downloads (this only applies to videos ordered from — not Gumroad).
  • General Support — for any other issues.
  • Webinar Support — for support with live webinars you are currently attending (does not apply to recordings of past webinars).
  • No Response to Support Requests — if you aren’t getting any replies to your support emails. (It’s not because we’re ignoring you!)
