If we missed something, you can use the support form at the bottom of the appropriate support page. We do our best to respond within 24 hours — excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Activation Link Support — if you do not receive your activation link within two hours of placing your order or subscribing for a free membership.
  • Migration Request — if you ordered prior to July 6, 2015 and need to download again (use this only if you have not already requested migration).
  • Video Support — for issues related to video downloading, including how to access your downloads.

  • Webinar Support — for support with live webinars
  • No Replies to Support — if you aren’t getting any replies to your support emails. (It’s not because we’re ignoring you!)
