This page only applies to those who have purchased the 1994 Perspective Series<\/em><\/a> prior to July 5, 2015, and have not already migrated to our interim pre-Gumroad<\/i>\u00a0system\u2026
\nAs of spring 2023, all new<\/i> orders are placed and accessed through Gumroad only. Click here for more information<\/a><\/div>\n

We installed a new download system on July 5, 2015. If you ordered Marshall\u2019s\u00a01994 Perspective Series<\/a> on that date or earlier<\/i> and want to download it again, we first need to migrate you to the new system with a new username and password.\u00a0All earlier logins have been deactivated.<\/p>\n

If you\u00a0already have\u00a0an activated<\/em> marshallart.com membership, skip to step 3 below so we can consolidate your prior access into your existing membership. But before you skip, first try logging in<\/a> to test your membership.<\/p>\n

If you DO NOT already have an activated membership, complete all three steps below:<\/p>\n

  1. Click here<\/a> to initiate\u00a0a free membership<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Watch your inbox (and spam folder) for an activation link from marshallart.com and follow the simple instructions in that email to activate your membership. If you do not see the activation link within a few hours, contact support here<\/a>. Please explain the situation and provide the name and email you submitted as well as the submission date.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the form at the bottom of this page. (Do not submit this form before you have an activated<\/i> membership \u2014 it will cause added delay.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once we receive your request, we will look for your original record and migrate it to your marshallart.com membership. It usually takes less than 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) to complete but do this manually and delays can occur. Incomplete or incorrect information will extend processing time by a day or more so please double-check before submitting.<\/p>\n

    We will notify you as soon as your migration is complete.<\/p>\n
